Because of this, our shipping and delivery timelines reflect the time and craftsmanship that go into every order. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your items across the U.S., Canada, and internationally.

Handmade, Demi Fine Jewelry Production Time

We make all jewelry in-house and by hand. While many pieces are kept in small batches ready to ship, others — especially those involving special finishes, gemstones, or personalized details — may require up to 5–7 business days for production before they’re ready to ship.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order pieces may extend processing time to 7–10 business days

  • Custom orders or requests involving personalization or unique materials may take up to 3–4 weeks

  • We’ll notify you if your order falls into one of these categories and provide regular updates

We appreciate your patience and support of handmade craftsmanship — it allows us to deliver a product that’s truly one-of-a-kind.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada)

We proudly offer free shipping to customers in the United States and Canada for all orders totaling $150 USD or more. Orders below this amount are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.

All North American shipments are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) and include tracking. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your package in real-time.

Typical delivery times within the U.S. and Canada are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at additional cost)

International Shipping

For all other destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada, orders are shipped using UPS (United Parcel Service). Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and service availability.

  • International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days

  • All international packages are shipped with tracking

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Note: We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers, but we will do everything in our power to assist with any shipping concerns.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-delivery, or customer absence, we’ll notify you by email and offer to reship the package at no additional cost once address verification is completed. If you prefer a refund, we will process it minus the shipping fees.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement, not including weekends or public holidays. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, Onachan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows delivery has been completed. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim.
