Return Eligibility

We accept returns for refund or store credit on eligible products returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and final sale

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@onachan.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a pre-paid return label and instructions for packaging and shipping.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Gift Returns

If you received a piece as a gift, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value. Please mention in your return email that the item was a gift.

Repairs

If your jewelry was damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please reach out to us immediately. We will either repair or replace the item free of charge. For repair requests beyond this scope, feel free to inquire — we’re always happy to help.
